PROPRIETARY SOURCE CODE PROTECTION (BLACK-BOX BOUNDARY)The underlying software, source code, algorithmic architecture, and engineering designs of the Techport product remain 100% the private, proprietary property of the Provider. No license or transfer of intellectual property is granted under this agreement. Under no circumstances will any underlying code be released, exposed, or transferred to the Client. All system maintenance, updates, and environment runs shall be performed strictly by authorized Techport representatives only. Reverse engineering or unauthorized code inspection is strictly prohibited. - Any neglections of these responsibilities , will result in a minimum , 300 million dolllar fine. 4. INTEGRATED HIPAA BUSINESS ASSOCIATE AGREEMENT (BAA)To ensure absolute data privacy and federal compliance, the Provider agrees to the following strict data boundaries regarding Protected Health Information (PHI) and processed by the local hardware node:Permitted Uses: The Provider shall only use PHI to perform the direct AI privacy filtering and compliance monitoring requested by the Client. Security Safeguards: The Provider will utilize strict technical boundaries, isolation protocols, and encryption to prevent unauthorized data leaks of PHI to external public networks.Breach Notification: The Provider must notify the Client within twenty-four (24) hours of discovering any security incident or unauthorized network access that compromises patient PHI.Data Destruction: Upon termination of this contract, the Provider will completely wipe, format, or securely overwrite any remaining localized PHI historical records cached on the hardware node to maintain permanent client privacy.
